Overview

If you have an existing sandbox and you want to add new users, follow these steps:

1. Send the Anchorage Digital demo app download link

Have your new user open the following link on an iOS device: https://testflight.apple.com/join/REwU8aQe

2. Download the Anchorage Digital Demo app on the iOS device

3. Screenshot or send them a QR Code from the existing account

See Add new user for more information and step-by-step instructions. To do this:

• Open your sandbox iOS Demo application.
• Navigate to Settings.
• Navigate to Team.
• Select Add new user.
• Select Administrator or the role that best applies to the new user.
• Select the vaults that they should access.
• Select Yes, they have the app.
• Screenshot and send or display this code on your device to the user if nearby.
• Share the QR code with the user.

4. Have the new user scan the QR code from the demo iOS application

5. New user completes onboarding and voice recording

Use real name and email, then mock data for all sandbox KYC or questionnaire forms, if applicable.

6. Submit the application and complete quorum approval

Once they submit the application, the user who initially created the QR code for them needs to complete a quorum approval on the iOS application along with one more user from the team. If you do not have enough onboarded users already, reach out to your contact at Anchorage Digital for approval.

7. Notify your client experience manager or integration lead to review

Once submitted, the Anchorage Digital team will need to review and approve the application. Once approved, they can access their application and web dashboard.
